We are looking at Banksy this term and how he creates his works. When looking how he creates his work we discovered that he uses stencil to create his street art. We decided to create a stencil using the laser cutter and relate it to an issue in the school. The issue in the school I choose is how people sit on laptops and phones all recess and lunch and don't speak to each other. I created this using illustrator and importing silhouettes and using a red outline around silhouettes. I put the red outline around the silhouette because it the colour the laser cutter cuts so that will be where the stencil is.

My Intention for this stencil was to show people that there are some groups that don't even talk at all at lunch time. If people are talking the talk over social media like snapchat, messages and other platforms of social media. I am using the frame postmodern to create a parody on what people do at lunchtime.
